Ayant grandi au Grand-Duché, Olivier a découvert les métiers de la Radio et de la Télévision au cours de stages d’étés à RTL, auprès de Georges Lang à la Villa Louvigny, alors qu’il était étudiant en AES à l’Université de Nancy. Il a décroché son premier job à RTL en 1991. Il est ensuite passé par le Groupe M6 puis TPS où il s’est forgé une expérience dans les Bandes Annonces, la publicité et la gestion des codes visuels des marques. Arrivé en 2000 à CANAL+ comme Responsable Bandes Annonces, il est depuis 2007 Directeur Artistique. A ce titre il dirige les équipes créatives en charge des Bandes Annonces pour les 25 chaînes payantes du Groupe CANAL+ ainsi que l’expression des marques et les habillages TV.

Dirk Ebbighausen, age 37, studied Media & Communication Science and Marketing at the University of Hanover, Germany. He started his professional career with Lufthansa German Airlines in New York in 2002, developing the online advertising activities in the Americas and defining online planning, reporting and optimization standards that were later implemented company-wide. In 2007, Dirk took over the online marketing & e-commerce unit for Lufthansa in the Asia & Pacific region, based out of Singapore. He implemented organizational structures for sustainable digital growth and substantially increased the online passenger share. In 2009, Dirk headed back to Europe and joined the company’s head office in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for the re-launch of the lufthansa.com portal across 80 countries and 12 language versions, as well as a number of smaller projects, including the introduction of Lufthansa Holidays, a joint project with Thomas Cook, Europe’s second-largest travel company. Following this assignment, Dirk decided to join Thomas Cook in 2012. Here, he headed the marketing department of the e-commerce unit in Central Europe and launched the company’s first omni-channel marketing campaigns, driving customers to both Thomas Cook’s web channels and to travel agencies. In July 2015, Dirk joined Luxair Group as responsible manager for the development and implementation of the digital strategy for Luxemburg’s national airline and LuxairTours.

Since 2007, he is the executive director of this humanitarian non-governmental organisation in Luxembourg. Prior to this, he alternated for ten years long-term missions in warn-torn countries such as Iraq and Afghanistan, short-term field assignments in numerous other regions and managerial positions at the organisation’s headquarters in Brussels and Luxembourg.

Virginie Michielsen is the head of Marketing and Communications at Deloitte Luxembourg leading a team of around 25 specialists. In her current role, she is responsible for the vision and strategy of the firm’s communication activities and its positioning in the market. Prior to joining Deloitte Luxembourg, Virginie led the Corporate Communication and Relations department of ING Belgium where she headed a team of over 60 specialists in internal and external communications, corporate sponsoring, events and corporate social responsibility. Virginie has also a strong background in the financial services industry, having been the Managing Director for commercial banking at ING Belgium from 2007 until 2011, and gaining over 20 years of experience working in this field in Brussels, Amsterdam and main financial centres in Asia, such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Mumbai. She has a university degree in applied economics with a specialisation in financial and general management from the University of Antwerp and holds a post-graduate degree in European history, politics and law from the Institut Hautes Etudes Européennes in Strasbourg. Virginie is an active associate of several organisations, being a board member and vice president of the Union Royale Belge/Belgisch Koninklijke Vereniging and responsible for the Belgian Business Club Luxembourg. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg, and board member and vice president of the Belgian Indian Chamber of Commerce. She was the first woman in Belgium to become president of a Rotary Club in 1996, having joined the Rotary Club Antwerpen Amerloo in 1992.

Arnaud worked for four years as an IT specialist with Soluphil S.A. before completing a Bachelor's degree in marketing/web-marketing in 2010. He then joined KPMG in 2011 as an IT developer and focused his interests on new technologies. After two years he was asked to be a member of the newly-created Markets, Innovation and Communication (MIC) team in which he continuously increased his digital skills by deploying innovative multimedia tools and finding new ways of presenting information (e.g. via inventive web solutions, infographics, mobile apps, blogs, and social media). Today Arnaud is a Digital Marketing Team Leader and manages a team of collaborators with various professional profiles. This team took an active part in the organization of the main KPMG marketing projects of the year, such as the KPMG Plage and KPMG’s Grand Opening which starred Prime Minister Xavier Bettel in hologram form.

Il compte parmi ses clients des multinationales comme Sony, VINCI, ou Amazon ainsi que des institutions, Ministères, Syndicats ou ONG. Abdu GNABA explore les pratiques et les cultures. Son regard d’anthropologue révèle les valeurs, les interdits et les symboles qui régissent le rapport entre les hommes. Il étudie les entreprises comme un village mélanésien.

Titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit européen de l’Université de Rennes, Isabelle Schlesser a commencé sa carrière dans le domaine juridique en passant par la Commission européenne, puis en travaillant pour un cabinet d’études à Bruxelles et à Luxembourg. En 1999, elle a rejoint Luxinnovation, l’Agence nationale pour la promotion de l’innovation et de la recherche. Responsable des services d’accompagnement des start-ups innovantes, elle est devenue membre de la direction de Luxinnovation en 2007 en tant que Secrétaire générale. Elle a été nommée Directrice adjointe de l’Agence pour le développement de l’emploi (ADEM), en charge des services internes, en septembre 2012. Depuis avril 2013, Isabelle Schlesser est directrice de l’ADEM.

Cécile Lorenzini, Luxembourg Market Director at Vanksen , born in Differdange Luxembourg, Cécile studied in France; after one year of preparatory class for “HEC”, she continued her curriculum in the South of France where she attended Kedge Business School (formerly Sup de Co Marseille and Euromed) for a Master in Management. At the age of 15, Cécile developed a passion for Communication during a training period at Made by Sam’s advertising agency. After several experiences in Berlin, Dublin and in Luxembourg at Concept Factory/ Interact advertising agency, Cécile specialized in digital communication by integrating Vanksen as a Project Manager. She was in charge of key clients like Disney US, Heineken, Jean-Paul Gauthier, Cointreau, Rochas, Arendt & Medernach, BGL BNP Paribas, and so forth. She developed a digital expertise in several field like digital strategy, community management, search engine optimizations, media buying but especially in team management. She rose from Account Manager to Project Director, managing an 80 persons’ team in collaboration with the agency management team. Vanksen is a digital agency operating in Geneva, Bordeaux, Paris, Metz and Luxembourg. Since September 2015, Cécile is in charge of the Luxembourgish market development as Market Director. She is also an active member of Women in Business association. In her private life, Cécile is a fan of golf, an activity that combines challenges, self-control and meetings. One of the co-founders of original Ukrainian group FEMEN and a leader of the International movement FEMEN Inna is a 24 years old Ukrainian journalists and an activist living in exile in France. After chopping down a catholic cross in the center of Kiev in support of Pussy Riot she fled Ukraine under deaths threats and political persecution. Right after she initiated the development of Ukrainian group FEMEN as an international global women movement. Right now Inna is curating 10 branches of FEMEN all over Europe from France, where the official FEMEN HQ  and a training center for female activists is located. International women's movement FEMEN : Is a female group of a radical peaceful street activists who are using a topless tactic. FEMEN is manifesting to denounce gender injustice. The activists are attacking religious institutions, dictatorship and sex-industry as main enemies of women's liberation and gender equality.
